Lavs to shotguns, handhelds to far-fields, RODE's wireless RodeLink Newsshooter Kit transmits any broadcast mic, in stunning fidelity, directly to your camera via a 128-bit-encrypted 2.4Ghz signal. The mic transmitter has a locking XLR mount with +48V phantom that can plug directly into a handheld dynamic or condenser mic for in-person interviews or a shotgun mic for ambient pickup. There's also a 3.5mm TRS input with locking connecter and +2–5V plug-in power to support lavaliers. A wireless range of over 300 feet gives sound designers plenty of freedom to explore the creative space.
